The building, a historical Palais from 1728 is fully renovated and gives space for 60 offices (different sizes), 500m² Co-working space, Meeting-Rooms, Lounges, Rooftop Terrace and private gym (incl. showers). All services are fully flexible to rent from 1 h up to 36 month.
