Customer Support Genius and Virtual Assistant Wonder
I have been working as a VA for 3 years.
I usually work on a long-term basis with my clients.
For almost 2 years I have been working in customer support - in peak hours with up to 100 emails a day. I answer in German and English. I am fast typer. Part of the job is complaint management (PayPal and Amazon disputes as well). I also co-created a wiki for this job.
I help the same client with their preparatory accounting and I am involved in order processing.
I also work as a virtual assistant and translator for another client. My tasks are mainly in HR and recruitment. I am responsible for keeping the HR software up up-to-date, do the on-and off boarding, create power point presentations and write process documentations. I also am involved in qualification calls and video interviews.
Moreover, I do translationas for them from Englisch -German and proofreading.
Previously I worked as a virtual personal assistant, where my tasks included calendar management, travel bookings, invoicing, e-mail replies and event planning.
Before 2019 I worked for 2 years as a senior project manager in a translation agency, where I was responsible for consulting, planning & execution of translation projects with major clients/translators/graphic artists, translator management, full project responsibility and complaint management.
I also worked as a key account manager in the travel industry for several years and as an assistant in investment promotion.
I am also a CELTA-qualified English teacher and a systemic coach.
