Während der letzten 7 Jahre habe ich in verschiedenen E-Commerce und Softwareunternehmen gearbeitet. Mein Fokus lag hier auf strategischen Projekten wie Partnerintegrationen, Internationalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungs-Projekten. Dabei habe ich als Schnittstelle zwischen den verschiedensten Fachabteilungen agiert. Mein technisches Verständnis für komplexe Systeme und Zusammenhänge hilft mir dabei, mich in deine Systemlandschaft und deine Herausforderungen hineinzudenken. Es hilft mir außerdem meine Projekte in der geplanten Zeit und mit dem geplanten Budget zu beenden. Ich habe in verschiedenen interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams gearbeitet. Kolaboratives Arbeiten und agile Methoden waren der Standard. Seit letztem Jahr gibt es Travelmaniacs, meinen eigenen Reiseblog. Hier schreibe ich über meine Reiseerfahrungen und beschäftige mich mit Themen wie Social Media, Youtube-Videos, SEO-Content und Analytics. Der Blog ermöglicht es mir, viele Dinge auszuprobieren und zu lernen. Als organisierte Projekt Managerin mit Hands-On-Mentalität, springe ich dort ein, wo du mich gerade für dein Business brauchst. During the last 7 years I have been working in several eCommerce and software companies. I really like using it as my test environment where I can directly test things and ideas that came into my mind.
