Creativity… A capability to weigh in everywhere: online projects, presentations, campaigns and in every single daily task. I try to find a communication in a creative and innovative way - thinking out of the box. Trying something new but keep track of given requirements at the same time. Whether online or offline communication: I love to put complex contexts into simple statements, pictures and texts. I gain motivation from finding the right words and solutions in order to convince or demonstrate. I want to make people say: Wow - this has worked out. Creativity and curiosity is what I make use of everyday. Contents… One can say something without saying something. This is not my philosophy. Finding key messages, expressing knowledge, creating contents and campaigns in collaboration with the team including a real value is what I go for. Whenever I start a project I ask myself: What do we want to reach? What do we want to say? Everything has to go hand in hand in order to create a solid picture for relevant stakeholders. I am able to keep an overview, provide solutions and meet the requirements for every kind of content needed. Clarity… I was born and raised in Germany. „Alles in Ordnung.“ is our plan for almost everything. I communicate clearly, I am clear about my tasks and I have an overview to keep my head clear. Especially communi-cation and marketing requires not only using nice pictures and descriptive words. One has to find the insight of the spotted target group and their interests. What can we do to convince people or stakeholders? It is a steady and permanent process of improvement to become better and this is 
what I aim for personally as well.
